Religious Trauma Healing
If you're looking for some guidance and support as you navigate the challenges and trauma of leaving a dogmatic and exclusive faith system, you have come to the right place.
Changing Faith Wellness Program
We know that faith change can be one of the scariest and most isolated life changes one may encounter. At CIC, we hope to see people free and flourishing after this major life change. While this program was created especially for former dogmatic Christians, people from other dogmatic beliefs may still find it helpful in their healing. Know that the purpose of this offering is not to demonize any particular religion, including Christianity. Rather, we seek to simply broaden the scope of inclusivity and acceptance in all spiritual ideologies. We believe that God will take the form of whatever will get humans to listen, and thus, Christianity is an option for connection to God, not a demand. We will explore various spiritual ideas and practices as we debrief religious trauma and uplift freedom from shame.
Key program offerings include:
Our offerings include personalized 1:1 sessions focusing on religious trauma recovery and reconstructing spiritual practice. In addition, participants engage in holistic wellness practices, including breath work, meditation, and mindfulness exercises, designed to restore balance to your life.
